Any requests or changes outside the agreed scope are considered additional work and may require separate pricing and timelines.

3) Engagement & Payments

• Work begins only after agreement confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Delayed payments grant the Company the right to suspend work or delivery.

• Outstanding balances remain payable even if the project is paused or discontinued.

4) Revisions & Modifications

• Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as defined in the agreement.

• Additional changes beyond this scope are billed separately.

• Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may be treated as approval of the current phase.

5) Delivery & Timelines

• The Company commits to making reasonable professional efforts to meet agreed timelines.

• Delays caused by the client — including approvals or content submission — automatically extend delivery schedules.

6) Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property remains owned by the Company until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights as agreed.

• The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7) Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and lawful content and information.

• Avoid using services for illegal purposes.

• Cooperate in providing materials and approvals promptly.

8) Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

• The Company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers such as hosting, payment gateways, or external platforms.

9) Warranty & Support

• Support services are provided only as specified in the agreement.

• Future maintenance or development requires a separate agreement.

10) Cancellation & Termination

• The Company may terminate services if terms are violated.

• Client cancellations after work begins do not qualify for refunds on completed work.

11) Confidentiality

The Company commits to maintaining the confidentiality of client information unless disclosure is required for operational or legal purposes.

12) Website Use

Users may not:

• Attempt to breach or disrupt website security.

• Copy or use content without permission.

• Engage in activities harmful to the Company or other users.

13) Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal authorities.
